Swallowing Fatty foods instead of starchy food provides you a better energy for days toil. It all depends upon your life style too. As your age becomes more then your body fails to digest the fatty food. Then these excess fatty foods collect in the body and stop the blood circulations and cause heart attack. So this is evident that those who dont take Bread, potatoes, rice, pasta and cereals have more healthy hearts. Consuming those foods which have less salt like boiled vegetables, cereals and less spicy food also makes the body less prone to heart failure (In French insuffisance cardiaque). I do remember, whenever I used to visit my friends house, I saw them eating much oily food products and even more salty products. I tried to advise them, but they never paid heed towards it. Fresh vegetables and fruits are always included in healthy eating habits. Only you need to check that they should be washed properly or you can get affected by other ailments.

Excessive eating can be a great harm, even eating low and fasting much is not helpful to keep your body fit and fine. Some times it is seen that in parties or weddings we eat much because of which our routine is spoiled and we become more prone to the heart attack (In French attaque cardiaque). Corn flower oil, So ya oil, fish oil and cornflower oil which consist polyunsaturated fats should not be consumed. On the other hand butter, coconut oil and palm oil are good for health.
