The first recipe is shish kabobs. You will need to cut up your meat of choice into small chunks. Make sure that you serve yourself no more than 3.5 ounces or 100 grams! Getting used to small portion sizes will be one of the challenges you face. Next, pick one vegetable, such as tomatoes or onions. Remember, you cannot use more than one type of vegetable in each meal. Season both vegetables and meat with lemon juice and herbs, and then place all ingredients on a skewer and grill. This is an easy, quick meal to prepare for yourself or friends.

Another delicious recipe is whitefish with asparagus. To make, you will need 100 grams or 3.5 ounces of whitefish, and 12 asparagus spears. Snap off the ends of the asparagus and place all spears in the center of an aluminum foil sheet. Make sure to preheat the oven to 350 degrees. You can season the asparagus with salt and pepper if you like. Next, put the whitefish on top of the asparagus. Combine an ounce of lemon juice with a bit of oregano in a bowl and pour over the whitefish. Next, fold up the edges of the aluminum foil and bake for about 20 minutes. Your friends and family will be amazed.
